
Welcome to the website of “The Colour Spectrum”. The band formed in 2015 while they were students at a College of Further Education in Kent where they were studying Music Composition and Performance. This website promotes their first EP which they released independently. The first pressing of the physical CDs quickly sold out and there are plans for a second pressing. In the meantime, below you can find streaming links to the songs while the band work on completing their first album.

For more information about The Colour Spectrum, the band’s story and their backgrounds, you are invited to follow the link below to order a copy of the first novel in a trilogy, “HELLO HAMMERSMITH!” In this book, friend of the band Tim O’Shaughnessy relates the story of Jackson Stanford, one of the band’s songwriters and vocalists. The book also delves back into the long forgotten story of Stanford, the synth-pop band formed by Jackson’s parents, Gerry and Bernie Stanford in the 1980s.
